Ojas Herbal
According to Ayurveda, the human body operates each season differently, affecting the digestive system and making people more vulnerable to environmental changes. An individual’s overall health depends on seven dhatus or tissues of the human body. the seven types of Dhatus are Mamsa (muscle), Medha (fat), Rasa (lymph), Asthi (bone), Rakta (blood), Majja (bone marrow), and Shukra (semen/reproductive tissue). When all dhatus function correctly, they form Ojas, the body’s vital essence.
All seven of these layers work together to form Ojas or immunity, and each one depends on and reinforces the others. The main components that support raising the Ojas levels in our bodies are herbs or herbal components. Some herbs that are prime contributors to Ojas are as follows: Ashwagandha, Tulsi, Turmeric, Neem, Amla, Kalmegh

Tulsi

Dr. Govind Lihinar is the Founder of Ojas Herbal. He earned his degree in Bachelor in Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery from the Maharashtra Council of Indian Medicine, Mumbai. After that, he completed an M.S. – in Ayurveda with a specialization in Shalakya Tantra-Netra Roga (eye ailment) from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, India. With his hard work, dedication, and devotion towards his vision of pioneering Ayurveda in mainstream healthcare, he has been to the service of society for the past decade.
Dr. Govind Lihinar has vast experience in the field of Ayurveda. His immense expertise has relieved many of his patient’s problems. Due to his personalized care and attention to each of his patients, he has the reputation of a trustworthy doctor.
